This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous maintenance experience who enjoys practical, hands-on work and supporting a team of building services professionals. Key Responsibilities Maintain and keep plant rooms, equipment and associated areas clean, tidy and well organised. Clean and paint plant, equipment and plant room floors as required. Carry out chemical cleaning of equipment using high-pressure jet washing equipment. Deliver maintenance spares and materials to site as required.
