You''ll deliver hands-on building fabric maintenance, covering carpentry, basic plumbing and general repairs across multiple sites. The Role As the Fabric Engineer, you''ll: Complete carpentry and general building fabric repairs. Carry out basic plumbing maintenance and minor repairs. Undertake patch plastering and make-good works. Repair damaged ceilings, tiles and associated building finishes. Travel between sites to complete planned maintenance and repairs. About You To be successful as the Fabric Engineer, you''ll have: Strong experience completing building fabric maintenance and repairs. Ideally, a relevant Carpentry or Joinery qualification. Practical experience across carpentry, plumbing and general maintenance. Ability to complete repairs independently to a good standard. Must hold or be able to pass an Enhanced DBS check.
