This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dedicated on-site engineering team responsible for maintaining a high-profile, multi-tenanted building. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the property remains safe, compliant, and presented to the highest standards for both occupiers and visitors. The Role As a Fabric Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive building fabric maintenance across the site. You will play a key role in ensuring the building remains safe, compliant, and presented to the highest standards. Working as part of a dedicated on-site engineering team, you will undertake a variety of maintenance and repair tasks while supporting the wider operational team in delivering a best-in-class service. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive fabric repairs. Undertake general building maintenance including: Carpentry and joinery repairs Painting and decorating Minor plumbing repairs Flooring repairs Ceiling and partition repairs Door and ironmongery maintenance General handyman activities Respond to service requests within agreed service levels. ..... full job details .....
