This is a hands-on role supporting the operation, development and continuous improvement of a Microsoft Fabric data platform. You''ll work across data engineering, platform development, DevOps, CI/CD and data operations, helping to improve the performance, resilience and automation of the platform. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Data Engineer to play a key role in developing and improving a modern Microsoft Fabric data platform, while contributing to automation, DevOps and a scalable data operating model. Role Develop, maintain and optimise Microsoft Fabric pipelines, Lakehouses, Warehouses and semantic models. Implement platform improvements arising from a Microsoft Fabric Health Check. Support data ingestion, transformation, validation and integration across internal and external data sources. Troubleshoot pipeline and platform issues and carry out root-cause analysis and performance optimisation. Enhance CI/CD, Git and Azure DevOps processes across development, test and production environments. Support data quality, reconciliation, vendor feeds and critical business reporting.
