This role requires a consultant who can operate across the full Microsoft Fabric stack, combining strong backend data engineering expertise with frontend Power BI development and stakeholder engagement skills. Responsibilities Design, build and optimise end-to-end solutions within Microsoft Fabric. Develop and maintain Fabric Lakehouses, Warehouses, Data Pipelines and Dataflows. Build scalable data ingestion and transformation processes using Fabric and related Azure technologies. Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports and semantic models. Create complex DAX measures and data models to support business reporting requirements. Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Support Fabric migrations, platform enhancements and best practice implementation. Provide guidance on data architecture, governance, performance optimisation and reporting strategy. Required Experience Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric. Experience across both backend data engineering and frontend BI/reporting.
