Fa ade DesignerRemote Working - LondonUpto 47K per annumOur client is a specialist building envelope contractor and is looking to appoint an experienced Fa ade Designer to join their growing team.This is an excellent opportunity for a designer with experience in curtain walling, windows, doors, cladding, glazing, or rainscreen systems to work on a variety of projects across the UK.The RoleYou will be responsible for producing detailed fa ade design drawings and technical packages, taking projects from concept through to construction. Working closely with clients, architects, project managers, and manufacturing teams, you will ensure designs meet performance, regulatory, and buildability requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce detailed 2D fa ade drawings and 3D models.Design curtain walling, windows, doors, cladding, glazing, SFS and architectural metalwork systems.Prepare technical submittals and compliance documentation.Produce fabrication drawings and procurement schedules.Coordinate with project, commercial, manufacturing and site teams.Attend design meetings and assist with technical queries throughout project delivery.RequirementsDegree or recognised qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Fa ade Engineering, or a related discipline.Proven fa ade design experience on UK construction projects.Strong AutoCAD skills.Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and fa ade performance standards.Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving ..... full job details .....
