F5 Engineer - Financial services

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced F5 Network Engineer to support application delivery, load balancing, DNS infrastructure, and automation initiatives. The role involves engineering scalable, high-performance infrastructure solutions, managing onshore engineers, and coordinating with larger offshore delivery teams. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, maintain, and enhance F5 LTM andamp; GTM load-balancing environments. Work with architects, developers, and infrastructure teams to deliver secure and reliable solutions. Perform testing, certification, upgrades, and improvements across load-balancer platforms. Troubleshoot complex network/application delivery issues as a senior escalation point. Automate infrastructure configuration, deployment, and management using Python and Ansible. Support documentation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of infrastructure services. Lead and coordinate a small onshore engineering team while collaborating with offshore teams. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with F5 LTM andamp; GTM configuration and APIs (TMSH, iControl, iRules). Solid understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP, BGP, HTTP, SSL/TLS. Experience with automation using Python, Ansible, Shell Scripting, or similar technologies. Strong Linux command-line skills. Experience working within large-scale enterprise environments.
