They work with some of the UK s largest retailers and commercial clients, delivering long term facilities management solutions.They now have an excellent opportunity for a FGAS Technician to join their team in the Hampshire area.JOB PURPOSETo provide planned and reactive HVAC and Commercial Gas maintenance across a multi-site environment, ensuring all equipment is maintained safely, efficiently and to the required standards.The role will involve completing PPM, responding to breakdowns and Helpdesk calls, carrying out repairs and maintaining a wide range of HVAC and gas fired equipment.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESComplete scheduled PPM and all required paperwork accurately.Respond promptly to Helpdesk service calls and alarms.Diagnose and repair faults within agreed response times.Service and maintain HVAC equipment including AHUs, gas fired heating, LPHW, DX coils, heat pumps, split AC, boilers, pumps, inverters, DHW boilers and water chillers.Identify non repairable faults and recommend suitable replacement works.Ensure all work is completed in line with Health, Safety and Environmental policies.Work professionally across multiple sites and maintain excellent ..... full job details .....
