EYFS Teaching Assistant

The Role

Working within the school''s Early Years setting, you will support the class teacher in delivering engaging, play-based learning opportunities that encourage children''s academic, social and emotional development. You will provide both whole-class and small group support, helping to create a safe, stimulating and nurturing learning environment where every child can thrive.

Requirements

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (essential).
• Previous experience working within an EYFS setting.
• A sound understanding of the EYFS Framework.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A caring, enthusiastic and proactive approach.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
