Foster a warm, welcoming atmosphere that encourages children''s social, emotional, and cognitive development. Observe and assess children''s progress, maintaining accurate records of their development. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child''s progress and any concerns. Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive learning environment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe learning environment.
