Join a Nursery or Reception team in Harrow and help create a safe, stimulating environment where every child feels valued and ready to learn.About the roleTradewind Recruitment is placing EYFS Teaching Assistants in primary schools across Harrow on an immediate and ongoing basis. Roles are available in Nursery and Reception classes, full-time or part-time.You will support the class teacher in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum through play-based and adult-led activities. This includes supporting children''s communication and language, personal, social and emotional development, early phonics and mathematics.You will help maintain a stimulating and well-organised learning environment, contribute to observations and learning journeys, support children with additional needs and assist with daily care routines as appropriate to the age group.What we are looking forExperience working with children in the EYFS (ages 3-5), in Nursery or ReceptionKnowledge of the EYFS statutory framework and Development MattersWarm, nurturing and patient approach with young childrenAbility to support early phonics, communication and social developmentLevel 2 or 3 ..... full job details .....
