These are settings where you''re not just an extra pair of hands - you''re a key part of a child''s early development journey.This role will involve supporting young children with additional needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties and developmental delays. You''ll spend your time working closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them build confidence, develop communication skills and feel safe and supported in their environment.What really matters here isn''t just experience - it''s your approach. The schools we work with are looking for someone who is calm, consistent and genuinely passionate about helping children thrive at such a crucial stage in their lives.
