      <description>Location: Brighton | Salary: £460 - £500 per week | Type: Full time | Early Years Teaching Assistant / Nursery Practitioner – Brighton  We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and caring  Early Years Practitioners and Teaching Assistants  to work in welcoming primary schools and nursery settings across  Brighton . This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate Early Years professionals who enjoy supporting young children in their learning and development within a nurturing environment.  The Role:    Supporting children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).  Assisting with engaging play-based learning activities.  Working one-to-one and in small groups to support children's development.  Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including autism, speech and language needs, and developmental delays where required.  Providing personal care, including toileting and changing, while maintaining the child's dignity and promoting independence.  Building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
