Are you ready to help little learners take big steps in their educational journey£ A nurturing and inclusive primary school in West Drayton is seeking a caring and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team from the end of September.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in delivering the EYFS curriculum through play-based and structured learning
• Create a nurturing environment that encourages independence, curiosity, and confidence
• Assist with phonics, early numeracy, and language development using engaging methods
• Provide emotional and pastoral support to help children feel safe, happy, and ready to learn
• Collaborate with parents, carers, and colleagues to support each childandrsquo;s unique learning journey
• Take part in EYFS events, celebrations, and enrichment activities within the school community

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience working in an EYFS setting (nursery or reception class)
• Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (preferred)
• Be patient, compassionate, and adaptable with a team-focused mindset
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of child development, safeguarding, and inclusive education
• Possess excellent communication and organisational skills
• Be passionate about early learning, creative play, and helping every child shine
