We are currently looking for a committed and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to become part of a vibrant educational team in the Slough area.

Your Role Involves:
- Support the class teacher in planning and delivering fun, age-appropriate lessons and activities for Early Years pupils.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to help children build their social, emotional, and academic skills.
- Encourage and guide children in their learning, offering constructive feedback and praise.
- Help maintain a warm, inclusive classroom where every child feels supported and valued.
- Assist with managing behaviour and maintaining a safe, focused learning environment.
- Work closely with the teaching team to develop and implement tailored learning strategies and interventions.
- Build strong communication with parents and carers, sharing updates on progress and addressing any questions or concerns.
What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
- Experience working with young children, ideally in a school or nursery setting
- Good knowledge of child development and the Early Years curriculum
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children
- A caring, inclusive approach with enthusiasm and creativity
- Reliable, organised, and a strong team player
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
- A valid DBS or willingness to obtain one
