SEN Teaching Assistant - EYFS and Complex Needs Pay: 95- 115 per dayWe are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support a welcoming primary school. You will work in Nursery during the mornings and support pupils with complex needs in the afternoons, helping them engage, learn and feel confident throughout the school day.Key Responsibilities:Support Nursery children within the EYFS curriculumProvide tailored afternoon support for pupils with complex needsAssist with personal care and physical support where requiredHelp maintain a safe, positive and inclusive learning environmentWork closely with the class teacher and SEN team to deliver individualised strategiesEncourage communication, social skills and independenceRequirements:Experience within EYFS is essentialComfortable with personal careBackground working with SEN or complex needs desirableStrong communication, patience and resilienceDedicated to helping young children progress academically, socially and emotionallyIf you are passionate about early years education and supporting pupils with additional needs, we would love to hear from you.
