The Role - EYFS Teaching Assistant

As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting children within the Early Years provision, working across Nursery and Reception. You will provide both 1:1 and small group support, helping to develop children''s communication, social skills and early learning foundations.The role requires a proactive, nurturing and enthusiastic individual who can support structured play, learning activities and daily routines. You will be expected to build strong relationships with pupils and support their development in a safe and engaging environment.You will work closely with the class teacher and EYFS team to ensure all children are supported to reach their full potential. A Level 3 qualification in Childcare is highly desirable; however, candidates with strong EYFS experience will also be considered.
