Long Term Futures is working with a welcoming primary school in Hammersmith & Fulham to appoint an Early Years Teaching Assistant for September.
Joining an experienced EYFS team, you''ll play an important role in supporting children''s early learning, helping them develop confidence, independence and the key skills needed for a successful start to school. This is a classroom-based role where you''ll work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging learning experiences and provide high-quality support throughout the day.
The school is looking for someone with a genuine passion for Early Years education who enjoys creating positive learning experiences for young children.

Your Responsibilities
* Support teaching and learning throughout the EYFS classroom
* Encourage children''s language, communication and social development
* Assist with phonics, early literacy and numeracy activities
* Support children during continuous provision, outdoor learning and structured lessons
* Prepare learning resources and help maintain an organised classroom environment
* Observe children''s engagement and share feedback with the class teacher
* Promote positive behaviour, independence and curiosity through everyday interactions

We''re Looking For Someone Who
* Has previous experience working within an EYFS or primary school setting
* Understands the principles of the EYFS Framework
* Enjoys supporting children''s learning through play and exploration
* Is patient, enthusiastic and able to build positive relationships quickly
* Works well as part of a collaborative staff team
* Is committed to a long-term opportunity from September
