• Proven UK School Experience: A minimum of 6 months'' recent experience working as an EYFS Teaching Assistant within a UK primary school or nursery setting is mandatory.

• Curriculum & Phonics Knowledge: A sound understanding of the EYFS framework and confidence in supporting early reading through phonics programs (such as Read Write Inc. or Little Wandle).

• Compliance & Vetting: An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or readiness to apply for one through Randstad) alongside full Right to Work in the UK.
