Observation and Assessment Skills: Experience conducting learning observations, taking progress notes (e.g., Tapestry/Evidence Me), and assisting with adult-led activities. Safeguarding and Compliance: Valid Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service, or readiness to apply for one.
