The successful candidate will have previous experience working within an Early Years setting, supporting young children to develop socially, emotionally, and academically through engaging and purposeful learning experiences. Key Responsibilities:Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality Early Years provision. Work with individuals and small groups to develop communication, language, literacy, and numeracy skills. Assist in creating stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environments. Support children''s personal, social, and emotional development. Observe, monitor, and record children''s progress against EYFS outcomes. Encourage learning through play and child-led activities. Promote positive behaviour and support children''s wellbeing. Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
