You will play a key role in helping both pupils access learning, develop positive relationships, and build confidence within the classroom environment. The Role As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide individualised support for two EYFS pupils with identified sensory and emotional regulation needs. Assist pupils in accessing classroom activities and engaging with learning opportunities. Implement strategies recommended by the SENDCo and external professionals. Support emotional regulation through positive behaviour approaches and nurturing interventions. Help create a calm, structured and inclusive learning environment. Encourage the development of communication, social and independence skills. Work closely with the class teacher, SENDCo, parents and external agencies.
