About the Role
Surecall Education is currently recruiting EYFS Teaching Assistants to support Nurseries and Primary Schools across Luton and the wider Bedfordshire area. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, providing flexibility for candidates seeking regular work or a better work-life balance.

As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting young children in their early learning and development, helping to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where they can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) activities

• Assist with play-based learning, phonics, and early development activities

• Provide one-to-one or small group support to children when needed

• Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment

• Support children''s social, emotional, and educational development

• Assist with classroom preparation and daily routines

What We''re Looking For

• Experience working with young children, ideally in an EYFS, nursery, or primary school setting

• A passionate, caring, and patient approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A positive attitude and willingness to support children''s development

• Relevant qualifications or childcare experience are desirable but not essential
