Create an inviting, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence. Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Regularly observe and assess children''s progress, using formative and summative assessment strategies to inform planning. Maintain accurate records and produce individual learning plans to support each child s growth. Complete Learning Journals and other required documentation, celebrating achievements and identifying next steps. Pastoral Care and Well-Being: Build warm and supportive relationships with children, promoting positive behaviour and social skills. Ensure that the physical and emotional well-being of every child is a top priority. Promote British Values and foster a respectful, caring community within the classroom.
