We''re seeking a dedicated individual to join a diverse primary school supporting young learners in their early year''s education journey starting from September.Key Responsibilities:Delivering high-quality Phonics education within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.Creating engaging lesson plans and activities that promote language development and early literacy skills.Providing individualized support to students to ensure their progress in phonemic awareness and reading fluency.Collaborating with colleagues and parents to support student learning and development.Managing challenging behaviours effectively, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.Requirements:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching in Early Years settings.Strong knowledge and understanding of Phonics teaching methods, including experience with structured phonics programs.Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, parents, and students.Proven ability to manage challenging behaviours in a classroom setting.Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.Previous experience supporting children with ..... full job details .....
