Role Overview:
As the EYFS Teacher, you will lead an engaging classroom that promotes exploration, independence, and emotional development. You''ll plan and deliver creative, hands-on lessons aligned with the EYFS framework, nurturing each child''s individual learning path.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver imaginative, play-led lessons tailored to the EYFS curriculum
Observe and assess pupil progress to support early developmental milestones
Create a caring and inclusive classroom atmosphere
Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and staff to support holistic development
Maintain open, positive communication with families and contribute actively to school life
Engage in enrichment activities and ongoing professional development
What We''re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS); EYFS specialism advantageous
Experience teaching in Early Years or nursery settings
Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS statutory framework
Creative, energetic, and patient approach to teaching
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain
