The Role:
- Deliver inspiring and well-structured lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Support children''s learning and development through play-based and structured activities
- Create a warm, positive, and inclusive learning environment that fosters confidence and curiosity
- Work collaboratively with the parallel Reception teacher and Early Years support staff
- Carry out planning, preparation, and assessment to meet the diverse needs of pupils
- Build strong, supportive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including school events and team meetings
What We''re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS)
- A genuine passion for Early Years education and child development
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and how to implement it effectively
- Ability to plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons tailored to individual learners
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A nurturing, reflective, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
- A commitment to safeguarding and child wellbeing
