Role Overview:
As the EYFS Teacher, youandrsquo;ll lead a vibrant classroom that encourages exploration, independence, and emotional growth. Youandrsquo;ll plan and deliver imaginative, hands-on lessons aligned with the EYFS framework, supporting each childandrsquo;s unique learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver creative, play-led lessons tailored to the EYFS curriculum
- Observe and assess pupil progress, supporting early developmental milestones
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom culture
- Collaborate with teaching assistants, parents, and school staff to support holistic development
- Maintain open communication with families and contribute to school life
- Participate in enrichment activities and staff development initiatives
What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) andndash; EYFS specialism is a plus
- Experience teaching in an Early Years or nursery setting
- Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS statutory framework
- Creative, energetic, and patient teaching style
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
