Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework
- Foster a safe, supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning
- Design and adapt learning activities to support individual progress and key developmental goals
- Monitor and record each childandrsquo;s progress, sharing meaningful updates with parents and carers
Key Requirements:
- QTS is preferred, though applications are welcome from experienced early years practitioners or those with relevant EYFS qualifications
- Must hold or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
- Positive, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to early years education
- Committed to maintaining an inclusive classroom where all children feel valued, supported, and inspired to learn
