A vibrant and welcoming primary school in High Wycombe is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join their Early Years team this September. About the Role:


  • Designing and delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYFS framework
  • Observing, assessing, and supporting each childandrsquo;s progress toward key developmental milestones
  • Fostering a classroom environment that encourages exploration, independence, and empathy
  • Collaborating with teaching assistants, parents, and wider school staff to support holistic child development
  • Building and maintaining open, supportive communication with families to ensure continuity of care and learning
  • Actively contributing to whole-school initiatives, enrichment opportunities, and ongoing professional development



The ideal candidate will:


  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS); specialism in Early Years is an advantage
  • Demonstrated experience within an EYFS or nursery setting
  • In-depth knowledge of child development and the EYFS statutory framework
  • A creative, enthusiastic, and patient approach to early years teaching
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and collaborative skills
  • Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
