Key Responsibilities:
As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a vital role in laying the foundations of learning for the youngest pupils. Your key duties will include:
- Designing and delivering imaginative, age-appropriate lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Creating a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment that encourages exploration and independent learning
- Monitoring and assessing each child''s development, identifying areas for support, and tailoring learning strategies to meet individual needs
- Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to foster a sense of trust, collaboration, and community

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Proven experience working with early years children, ideally within a primary school setting
- In-depth knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and a strong grasp of effective early years pedagogy
- Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and the ability to inspire and engage young learners
