The Role:
Deliver engaging, imaginative lessons aligned with the EYFS framework
Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment
Track pupil progress and maintain detailed observations and assessments
Foster curiosity, confidence, and foundational skills through play-based learning
Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support holistic development
Promote inclusion and well-being for all children
The Ideal Candidate:
QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
Solid understanding of the EYFS curriculum and developmental stages
Passionate about early childhood education and making a difference
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A nurturing, creative, and patient approach
