Job Description:
- Plan and deliverandnbsp;engaging,andnbsp;developmentally appropriateandnbsp;activities in line with theandnbsp;EYFS Framework
- Foster aandnbsp;stimulating and inclusive learning environmentandnbsp;that promotesandnbsp;curiosity,andnbsp;independence, andandnbsp;confidence
- Observe, assess, and record childrenandrsquo;s progress to ensureandnbsp;individual learning needsandnbsp;are met
- Work closely withandnbsp;parents,andnbsp;carers, andandnbsp;multi-agency professionalsandnbsp;to support each childandrsquo;s development
- Contribute to theandnbsp;wider life of the nursery, including events, celebrations, and enrichment opportunities
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience within the EYFS framework (desirable but not essential)
- Be aandnbsp;reflective and adaptable practitionerandnbsp;with a strong understanding ofandnbsp;child development
- Demonstrate a commitment toandnbsp;inclusive practiceandnbsp;andandnbsp;safeguarding
- Possess excellentandnbsp;communicationandnbsp;andandnbsp;interpersonal skills
- Be enthusiastic aboutandnbsp;continuous professional development
- Hold or be willing to obtain anandnbsp;enhanced DBS check
