EYFS Teacher - Communication and Interaction UnitLong-Term Supply Potential Temp-to-Perm Full-TimeSimply Education are seeking an experienced EYFS Teacher to work within a specialist Communication and Interaction Unit supporting children in EYFS and Key Stage 1.The provision currently has 7 pupils with a range of additional needs, with capacity for up to 10 children.This is a role for a teacher who can combine a nurturing EYFS approach with strong behaviour management, consistency and clear boundaries. The successful candidate will need to be confident adapting their teaching and responding to individual needs while creating a safe, structured and engaging learning environment.We are looking for an EYFS Teacher who:Has strong experience within EYFS and/or primary educationHas experience working with children with additional needs, ideally including communication and interaction needsHas excellent behaviour management skillsIs confident managing challenging behaviour calmly and consistentlyCan establish routines, boundaries and high expectationsIs creative and adaptable in their approach to learningBuilds positive relationships with pupils while maintaining professional boundariesWorks effectively alongside teaching assistants and wider professionalsIs resilient, patient and committed to improving outcomes for every childThis is a particularly rewarding opportunity for a teacher who enjoys working with children who require a more individualised approach to learning.Long-term ..... full job details .....
