You''ll play a key role in delivering high quality, child centred education that supports the physical, emotional and academic development of our young learners. What you will be doing Plan, deliver and teach engaging lessons for individuals and small groups, following our curriculum framework. Support the delivery of nurture based programmes that build confidence, resilience and emotional wellbeing. Monitor, assess and report on pupil progress, ensuring each child receives personalised support. Create a stimulating, well organised and safe learning environment that inspires curiosity and independence. Develop, implement and review Individual Education Plans and Behaviour Plans alongside the wider team.
