The Role

As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping children''s first experiences of education, laying the foundations for future success.

You will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS Framework
• Create a stimulating, language-rich environment that supports exploration and discovery
• Use ongoing assessment to inform teaching and ensure excellent progress for all pupils
• Foster strong relationships with parents and carers to support each child''s development
• Work closely with the parallel class teacher and wider EYFS team
• Contribute to the wider life and community of the school

What We''re Looking For

We are seeking a teacher who is:

• Qualified with QTS
• Passionate about early childhood education and child development
• Knowledgeable about the EYFS Framework and early learning pedagogy
• Creative, energetic, and able to inspire young learners through play-based learning
• Reflective and committed to continuous professional growth
• Skilled at building positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues

Applications are welcomed from both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers. A comprehensive induction and mentoring programme is available for ECTs.
