This is a fantastic full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday, starting immediately or for the upcoming term.This position is initially on a temporary basis, with a direct view to a permanent contract for the correct candidate. You will be working within a nurturing Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting, supporting young learners who have autism and associated sensory or communication needs.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide tailored 1:1 and small group support to EYFS children with Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC).Assist the class teacher in delivering the EYFS curriculum through structured, play-based learning and sensory activities.Implement communication strategies such as PECS, Makaton, or visual timetables to help non-verbal or minimally verbal pupils.Foster a calm, safe, and stimulating environment that supports emotional regulation and sensory needs.Monitor and record pupils'' progress against their Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).What We Are Looking ForExperience: ..... full job details .....
