Early Years Teaching Assistant ABOUT THE SCHOOL Prospero Teaching is seeking an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming two form-entry primary school in Surbiton, Kingston Upon Thames. The school has an inclusive environment and is committed to providing early education that supports every child to thrive. The successful candidate will work within the EYFS supporting children''s learning and development through activities, interventions and support. This position is open to experienced Early Years Teaching Assistants and Nursery Practitioners who hold a recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years. CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS Location: Surbiton, Kingston Upon Thames Position: Early Years Teaching Assistant Type of Work: Supporting children within the EYFS through classroom-based learning, play-led activities, phonics support, small-group interventions, and individual pupil support Start Date: September 2026 Contract Type: Full Time Rate of Pay: GBP100- GBP115 per day (depending on experience) Hours: 8:15am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (term time only) EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS Hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years, Childcare, or Teaching Assistant Qualification Previous experience working within a nursery, preschool, Reception class, or primary school Early Years setting Good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework Experience supporting children''s communication, language, literacy, and numeracy development Ability to ..... full job details .....
