The successful candidate will play a vital role in helping pupils access learning, develop communication and social skills, and achieve their individual developmental targets within a caring and structured environment.The RoleAs an EYFS SEND Learning Support Assistant, you will:Support children with SEND on a one-to-one and small group basis Assist in delivering engaging learning activities tailored to individual needs Encourage communication, social interaction and emotional development Work closely with teaching staff to implement personalised learning strategies Help create a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment Monitor and record pupil progress, providing feedback to teaching staff Support pupils with daily routines and promote independence wherever possibleThe Ideal CandidateHas a genuine passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Has experience working with children with SEND in an educational, care or similar setting ..... full job details .....
