Academics are working with a friendly, 2 form entry school in Castle Point. This is a long term role, commencing in September 2025 until July 2026. A permanent role will be available from August 2026 to the right candidate.

Key responsibilities within the role:

• Providing support for individual students inside and outside the classroom to enable them to fully participate in activities
• Building and maintaining successful relationships with students, whilst treating them with respect and consideration
• Have the highest expectation that every student will make sustained academic and personal progress
• Ensure that every pupil is ready for the next steps in their learning and is supported to participate and contribute to
