EYFS SEN TEACHING ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to individual pupils, small groups, and classroom teachers

• Assist with lesson preparation and classroom management

• Support pupils with special educational needs (SEN)

• Encourage active participation and engagement in learning

• Help maintain a safe and positive learning environment

• Has experience working with children or young people

• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Is patient, caring, and enthusiastic

• Can work collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals

• Has (or is willing to obtain) a valid Enhanced DBS check

• Friendly and welcoming staff team
