EYFS Room Lead | Full-Time | September Start | Enfield

SANZA Teaching Agency is proud to be working in partnership with a group of highly regarded primary schools in Enfield. Due to continued growth within their Early Years provision, we are recruiting an experienced EYFS Room Lead to join a thriving Nursery setting from 7th September.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and experienced Early Years professional looking to take the next step in their career and lead a dedicated team within a well-resourced learning environment.

The Role:

• Full-time position (Monday to Friday)
• Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm
• Leading a Nursery room within a busy EYFS setting
• Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging learning opportunities
• Managing routines, observations and assessments
• Working closely with the EYFS leadership team and parents

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a relevant Level 3 qualification or above
• Previous experience leading a Nursery or EYFS room
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Passionate about providing outstanding early years education
