As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will help create engaging activities, support play-based learning, encourage communication and independence, and build positive relationships that make children feel happy, secure and ready to learn.The successful Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will be confident supporting children across the Early Years Foundation Stage and will enjoy being part of a friendly, supportive team.
