What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children (preferred but not essential)

• A calm, caring, and consistent approach to supporting early learners

• Ability to build strong, respectful relationships with staff, pupils, and families

• Patience, positivity, and resilience in the classroom

• Enhanced Child-Only DBS (or willingness to apply)
