This is a trauma-informed SEMH setting , so the school needs someone who is resilient, patient and confident managing challenging behaviour , while understanding that behaviour is often a form of communication. Previous SEN/SEMH TA experience is essential. Looking for a strong and nurturing HL Teaching Assistant who can provide structure, consistency and engaging support for pupils with SEMH needs.
