This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about supporting the early development and learning of a specific child with additional needs, helping them thrive in a nurturing, inclusive environment.Key Responsibilities:Work 1:1 with an individual pupil in an EYFS setting, tailoring support to their specific physical, emotional, and learning needs.Assist the class teacher and SENCo in implementing personalized learning plans (e.g., EHCPs/IEPs).Adapt early years activities and resources to make learning accessible, engaging, and age-appropriate.Support the child''s communication, physical development, regulation, and social interactions with peers.Help create a safe, calm, and inclusive learning environment where the child feels secure and valued.Monitor, observe, and log the child''s daily progress, providing regular feedback to the class teacher and SENCo.Assist with personal care and mobility support if required, maintaining the child''s dignity and independence.What We Are Looking For:Qualifications: A relevant Level 2 or 3 Early Years / Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.SEN Experience: Previous experience supporting ..... full job details .....
