This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive leadership team in a well-resourced setting committed to delivering high-quality early years provision.Your new roleAs the Pre-School Manager, you will take a leading role in the delivery and development of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) provision. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the pre-school, ensuring a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where all children can thrive.Key responsibilities will include:Leading the pre-school provision and managing staff to ensure EYFS statutory requirements are metPlanning and delivering high-quality learning opportunities across all areas of the EYFS curriculumMonitoring children''s development through effective assessment and planning next stepsSupporting children with a range of needs, including SEND and speech and language developmentCreating engaging indoor and outdoor learning environmentsBuilding strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agenciesLeading safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare practices within the settingWhat you''ll need to succeedProven experience working within and leading an EYFS settingStrong knowledge of the EYFS statutory framework and child developmentExperience supporting children with additional needs, including ..... full job details .....
