As an Extrusion Technician, you''ll play a vital role in operating and maintaining extrusion lines, ensuring production runs efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.If you have extrusion, machine setting, or machine minding experience, we would love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and troubleshoot extrusion production lines to required specificationsEnsure products are introduced into production within agreed timeframesCarry out quality inspections and sign-off to ensure products meet required standardsSupport the control and consistency of manufacturing processes for finished and semi-finished goodsWork closely with production management to identify and implement process improvementsProactively identify health, safety, and environmental risks, supporting actions to eliminate or reduce themWhat We''re Looking ForPrevious technical experience in machine setting, extrusion, or manufacturing environmentsAbility to set tooling, troubleshoot issues, and maintain quality standardsCompetent in reading and interpreting technical drawingsExperience in product inspection and quality ..... full job details .....
