The Role As a Crosshead Extrusion Setter, you will play a key role in ensuring production runs efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards.Key responsibilities include: Setting and operating crosshead extrusion machineryPreparing and setting up production lines for scheduled runsPacking and supporting production processesMonitoring output to ensure quality and consistencyTroubleshooting and making adjustments during productionMaintaining a clean and safe working environment What We re Looking For To be successful in this role, you must have hands-on extrusion setting experience within a relevant environment.Essential experience: Co-extrusion experienceWire coating or hose/pipe extrusion backgroundMaterials knowledge including: PVCPolyurethaneMegalonNylon Previous experience as a Setter (not just operator level)Experience setting up and running full production lines Important: Blown film extrusion experience alone will ..... full job details .....
