Job Title: Extrusion Setter - Rotating Shift
Location: West Bromwich
Pay Range/details: Competitive + shift allowance
Contract Type: Permanent
Our leading client based in West Bromwich are currently searching for a Extrusion Setter. The role will focus on setting up, operating, and maintaining extrusion machines, particularly in the plastics or flexible plastics industry.
Key Responsibilities - Extrusion Setter - Rotating Shift
- Set and operate Corrugation Extrusion machines.
- Maintain tools, including cleaning.
- Take responsibility for inspection of incoming and outgoing parts and materials.
- Keep production and quality related records up to date.
- Ensure good levels of 5S are maintained in the area.
- Be involved in continuous improvement processes driving through improvements in all aspects of the role.
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
Qualifications & Requirements - Extrusion Setter - Rotating Shift
- Good knowledge of setting and running extrusion corrugation machines.
- Able to work as part of a team and as an individual.
- Motivation to beat targets safely and required quality standards.
